Our Story

Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. was established in March of 2002 and is owned and operated by Matt Franci and Jim Hall of Douglas County, CO.

Matt Franci is a licensed General Contractor who has worked in both residential and commercial building for over 17 years.  Matt worked for Franci Construction (Sebastopol, CA), his family business, for 12 years before starting Aspen Home Improvements, Inc.  During his years with Franci Construction, Matt was involved in building residential custom homes, million dollar wineries, as well as a variety of small scale remodels. Matt’s wife, Michelle, is a third grade teacher in Douglas County. Matt’s pride and joy is his seven year old daughter, Kylee.

Jim Hall is a Mechanical Engineer with over thirty year’s process engineering experience.  He provides extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing and layout design knowledge.  Jim’s handyman capabilities have earned him the “Mister Fix-It” title among friends, neighbors and relatives for many years. Jim’s wife, Lyn, is the owner and operator of “Re-design by Lyn,” a mini-staging and home organizing company. He is the proud father of two grown daughters.

Jim and Matt built Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. on a sound business philosophy and continue to rapidly grow due to our dedication to our customers and our commitment to their satisfaction. Both Matt and Jim have set forth to make Aspen Home Improvements, Inc. the best residential general contracting company in the Front Range.
